sudah 53 tahun negara kita merdeka.

:)

pagi tadi baca surat khabar.

ada satu section khas tentang kemerdekaan malaysia.

bangga saya.

dan ada satu artikel yang bertajuk 'air mata rakyat saksi kemenangan sebuah perjuangan'.

sungguh terharu dengan perjuangan tokoh-tokoh kemerdekaan yang begitu gigih memperjuangkan kebebasan tanah melayu.

tapi adakah kita sebagai generasi zaman ini berusaha untuk mempertahankannya?

im not that good but think for yourself la.

malaysia is our nation.

tempat tumpah darah kita.

kedua-dua filem ni leh buat saya menangis wooo setiap kali menontonnya.

tokoh-tokoh yang berjuang itu sangat-sangatlah berani, kuat semangat mereka.

tahu tak saya sangat suka kedua-dua filem ni?

waaaaaaaaa~

oh ya.

ingat tak bagi mereka yang harus menghabiskan bacaan sastera tingkatan 4 yang berjudul 'bukit kepong'?

this is one book yang saya menangis bila baca.

the way the writer depict the fight between the malayan soldiers and communist sangat real.

even i can feel the pain.

jadi inginlah saya merekemenkan filem-filem tersebut dan buku itu untuk dibaca.

mestilah ada yang tak tahu pasal ni semua walaupun filem tu suma dah lame. hihi

confirmlah akan wujud sedikit sebanyak semangat patriotisme dalam diri kita.

and of course, there are loads of patriotic materials; films, books etc. we just have to find them. :)

last week i had my pre departure briefing at komplek kejiranan presint 9.

it was where all the scholars of KPM gather to listen to some talk.

there were people from KPM, BPG, MAS, RHB bank.

hehe~

it was okay la.

my fellow IPKBians already know bout the talk from KPM coz we had our lambaian kasih session earlier in maktab.

the most awaiting part was the RHB bank slot.

that's where we received our traveler's cheque worth $$$$ euro.

hahahah!

then we got RM $$$.

jadi orang kaya sekejap ye?

oh ye.

dapat lounge suit yang mahal aih~

kena pakai through out the event lak tu.

panas diri ini dan rakan-rakan yang pakai baju kurung.

besides.

there was this graduation session especially for IPKB people.

haahha.

okay la.

ada touching-touching moment kejap.

but best~

i met cici aka nurul syuhadah budak kecik tu.

tapi tak sempat nak borak-borak lah!

the time has come!

for us, the TESLians and PPC students to gather and have a session with our sponsor KPM before we fly fly fly fly~

weeeeeeeeeeeeee~

this also means, we all passed our exams! (flying colours ke tak ek? hehe)

alhamdulillah!

basically, we'll be having talks from KPM officers, bank officer and sapa lagi ek? tak ingat. hehe.

it will be a boring day kot.

BUT!!!

the bright side is, i will meet my bestie Nurul Syuhadah yang comel.

OMG-dah-2 tahun-tak jumpa-excited-nak-mati!

and of course my beloved classmates MARJON yang comel-comel belaka.

we'll get our visa too nanti.

and tomorrow, i'll head to my brother's house. :)

recently i went to my brother's house to help him kemas-kemas. (i mentioned it already)

of course, there were heaps of chores to be done.

the floor was soooo dusty with pasir, simen bagai.

so haruslah saya tolong mengemas kan?

angkat almari, barang tu semua okay je~

my brother pun berpenat-lelah angkat.

hehe!

then, datanglah kerja to sweep/mop/any possible way to make the floor shiny and clean.

my sis-in-law asked me to use vacuum cleaner untuk sedut habuk la kan?

ganti penyapu tu.

but i like using the broom.

tak betah nak guna vacuum cleaner walaupun vacuum cleaner lagi cepat kan?

same goes with mop lantai itu.

i prefer to use the old one, the one yang kita kena bersusah-payah perah sendiri sampai kecut tangan tu daripada the one yang leh pulas je dari batang mop tu.

penat tu penat, tapi saya lebih rela laa guna yang style lama-lama ni.

agaknya sebab dah biasa kot.

erm.

kena tukar habit ni.

hahahah!

sejak menjadi dewasa ni, (perasan la kau nad), saya selalu je dengar cerita kawan-kawan tentang boyfriend/kekasih/pakwe/matayer apa-apa yang seangkatan dengannya laa.

in fact, saya dengar pasal ni semua sejak sekolah lagi kot.

cuma dulu, tak la berleluasa macam sekarang.

one thing yang saya pelik ialah.

sekejap je kan feeling tu boleh change?

dari benci kepada sayang.

dari kawan kepada kekasih.

how on earth do they manage to do that?

actually, im very worried la.

it seems like semua yang saya buat, semua macam tak kena jer.

and macam banyak je masalah yang nak di settlekan. (walhal tak banyak pun)

okay fine.

but im pretty sure i can handle it.

not too difficult i guess.

tapi kenapa kamu begini Nadiah?

ermm.

let me list down ye all the things that makes me worried.

• preparation. memang la ada yang kata, relaks la Nadiah, ada masa lagi. tapi sebenarnya tak banyak masa. saya tak start apa-apa lagi ni. beli pun sangat la terhad dan tak membantu sangat kot. saya dah buat list barang yang harus dibeli dan OMG! i kena bertindak cepat la, if not, tak sempat tau.
• rumah abg saya. nak tolong dia kemas-kemas rumah, tapi masalah di atas ini, membantutkan niatku la. payah tau nak kerja dengan hati yang susah.
• kemas rumah sendiri. raya nak mai dah cekk oiiii~ kena la kemas rumah. i admit that i tak pandai kemas sangat compared to my sis, tapi wajiblah tolong-tolong sikit kan?
• pre-departure briefing. erk. kenapa yang ni jadi masalah juga? errmm. the truth is, kalau ada apa-apa event yang melibatkan tesl/secretariat, memang akan runsing. rasa nervous/gelabah/dll akan datang menjelma secara tiba-tiba sedangkan hal ni dah settle gamaknya.
• saja cari masalah kot. biasalah Nadiah Sahum ni. teeeheeee~ suka bebankan otak dengan masalah.

so people, nampak tak masalah-masalah yang buat saya risau?

adoi~

sebenarnya, tak la kritikal sangat except for the first one.

tapi melampau betul ni keadaanku.

the stay at my brother's house was fine.

i need to help lagi.

it's been years/months since i last rode on a bus. (tak ingat la hehe)

and i didnt know the fare already. (obviously la kan?)

but i took this opportunity to naik bas from melaka sentral straight to my home after i've finished with my business. (aiceh bisnes konon! pos surat je kot!)

but before that, i spent $$ in tesco.

got a new novel (again) and a selendang (again).

okay.

melaka sentral is so packed with people now.

i lingered around melaka sentral before taking bus no 51 to kem terendak to head home.

so excited mahu naik bas.

hahah. and the pak cik also baik.

the fare is RM 1.50 now.

mahal sungguh.

last time when i was in secondary school, the fare was only 50 cents tau.

but okay la, ada aircond and it looks like the bus is very clean.

no sampah rubbish etc etc.

it just felt so good la naik bas.

i dont know.

seronok la.

can see many people.

different races, religions.

their clothes.

it makes me wonder:

kenapa pakai macam tu?

it turns out yang pak cik itu ingat i was from somewhere else going to i-dont-know-where.

and while he was talking to me, other people kept looking at me and the pak cik.

eh, salah ek saya bercakap dengan pak cik tu?

nevertheless, i arrived home safe and sound.

of course la kan.

and it would be an unforgettable memory arr.

i dont even know the novel 'beastly' exist until i stumbled across the trailer for the novel-turn-film 'beastly' at youtube.

as i mentioned earlier.

last week i wasnt around as i had something to do.

which were, settling my visa application and letter of good conduct plus getting a police clearance letter.

tiada surat tu, kami disangka penjenayah pula. :p

we gathered in IPBA.

they agreed to provide us the accommodation.

off we stayed there for two nights to settle the matters.

our lecturers accompanying were Madam Nori and Miss Yus.

attentive listeners. :p

and oh yeah.

i went to expo kerja kahwin. (serabut la bahasa. sori)

supposedly, we were asked to go to craft cultural complex and looked around and asked bout the kraftangan malaysia but di sana, they held the expo.

layan saja la.

seronok to see all the traditional clothes etc etc.

tak rugi jalan jauh-rasa-nak-patah kaki.

oh ye lagi satu.

tengok wayang dengan geng marjon.

pergh!

cerita seram jadi cerita komedi pula rasa nya.

hahahha!

nevertheless.

i enjoyed this trip although duit kering.
